Bio

               Dj Mutt aka Dr Klaw was raised in the spirit of the diverse San Francisco music scene and began Djing his own sets on the club circuit at the tender age of 17.  He collected records for many years and then started producing  beats early on in high school and garnered some street recognition working with local artists and putting out legendary mix tapes.  He cites some of his influences like Dj Grandmaster Flash, Dj Jazzy Jeff, Dr. Dre and DJ Premier as the reasons he is a Dj and Producer.  In 2009 Mutt graduated from Hollywood’s Musicians Institute as a certified Engineer, Producer and Keyboardist(hence the alias Dr Klaw).  Mutt’s seamless blends stretch across many genres, making his particular skills extremely sought after in the underground and mainstream industry.  DJ Mutt aka Dr Klaw specializes in party rocking.  From Hip-Hop to House, Electro, Disco, Funk, 80s, Old School, New School, Rock, and Club music; Dr Klaw has been a DJ for over ten years and provides a smooth and hard mix style that guarantees rocking the party from start to finish. He has massive experience in performing at venues of all shapes and sizes. From being Slick Rick’s live tour Dj to Ice-T & Coco’s annual Player’s Ball Dj.

               In 2012 Dj Mutt has produced Oakland rapper Too Short’s new single entitled “Where The Pretty Girls At” and is currently working with Eritrean artist Layne Tadesee(@laynetadesse) on his electro dance EP of which the single entitled “We Like To Party” is already getting radio airplay all over the place.  Also in the works is a new Dance Ep from Duke Ellington’s Great Grand Daughter Naiomi Jones(@ApOllonialove ) Dj Mutt aka Dr Klaw’s record label is called Lobsta Claw Records and continues to release top notch Remixes, Edits and Originals!

    When I originally commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get several e-mails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service? Appreciate it!
